Reporting to: Branch Technical Manager / Head of Technical Services

Responsible for installing, commissioning, maintaining, and repairing Smart Printing Solutions Ltd.-supplied printing equipment. You will be trained and certified on products from our 11-brand portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and commission printing equipment at customer premises
  • Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance under AMC and MPS agreements
  • Respond to breakdown calls and diagnose/repair faults on-site
  • Configure network settings, scan-to-email/cloud, and workflow integration
  • Maintain accurate service reports for every visit
  • Participate in manufacturer training and achieve certifications

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, CS, or related
  • Minimum 1 year of field technical service experience
  • Ability to read technical manuals in English
  • Good networking knowledge (TCP/IP, printer ports)
  • Valid motorcycle licence preferred
